In 2018, I was appointed to lead the strategy and roadmap for a digital pipeline in the product design and development process. I collaborated with cross-functional teams, information systems, software vendors, regional offices and key factory partners to assess workflows to inform our tool selection process and integration. Our results influenced other VF Brands to adopt our best practices.

DESIGNER 3D TRAINING VIDEO
In the course of 1.5 years, I onboarded over 45 global designers on 3D software to accomplish immediate tasks, wrote the training curriculum, and drafted their workflows. I also directed the digitization pipeline of The North Face’s fit block system, a digital materials library for over 10,000 items, avatar and color libraries, and Virtual Quality Standards.
